Megan "Meg" Colyer is a licensed REALTOR® and real estate investor specializing in investment portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, with a strong focus on Section 8 and value-add residential portfolios. With more than 15 years of hands-on investing experience, she helps investors identify opportunities, structure creative transactions, and maximize returns.

Her career began by renovating her own home before expanding into house flips, rental properties, short-term rentals, and large-scale portfolio acquisitions. Today, Megan has extensive experience in project management, multifamily investments, BRRRR, wholesaling, seller financing, subject-to transactions, novations, double closings, and other creative investment strategies.

Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with undergraduate studies in interior design, combining an eye for design with practical investment expertise. She is President of Megan Colyer Corp and founder of the Saint Louis Wholesalers/Cash Buyers Connect community, connecting thousands of real estate investors throughout the region.
